We are pleased to announce that we have been acquired by NZ Post, effective 1 March 2022.
NZ Post plans to operate Fliway as a standalone business under the leadership of the existing Fliway management team. This means that you will continue to be interacting with the same Fliway managers and team contacts across our divisions nationally.
We complement the NZ Post offering through our ability to transport and deliver ‘oversized items’ that don’t so easily fit within the post and courier services provided by NZ Post. Longer term, we will work with NZ Post on supporting these deliveries for customers.
For those of you who interact with Fliway for global services or with the corporate shared services in Finance, HR, and IT, we will continue to work with our colleagues at AXIMA to provide the same services. There are agreements in place to support each other whilst we set up new standalone support structures and separate. This change will be planned and managed; and will NOT be immediate – and so will not impact on our service provision.
